At Moon & Mare, we take care in every detail — from the softness of your fabric to the way it arrives at your door. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines to help you know exactly what to expect.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

We currently ship nationwide within the United States.

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it’s placed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your package directly through the carrier link provided.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


International Shipping

International shipping is not yet available — but we’re working on expanding worldwide soon.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@moonandmare.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly and ensure you’re taken care of.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once a shipment has been processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.


Additional Notes

All orders are shipped from our Chicago-based fulfillment partner.
We currently ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
