Each Moon & Mare piece is designed for comfort, quality, and longevity.
If your order isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided.
A flat return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund when a prepaid label is used.

By using our prepaid return label, you agree to the deduction of the return shipping fee from your refund.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary size exchanges to ensure the perfect fit.

Exchanges are:
• Limited to size changes only
• Limited to one exchange per order
• Subject to all return eligibility requirements

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
